Return Policy:
At Balboly Beard and Stache, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to initiate a return, we have a hassle-free 30-day return policy in place.
To qualify for a return, please ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. You will also need to provide the order number as proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to inspect the items. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly assess the situation and work towards resolving the issue to your satisfaction.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as custom products (including special orders or personalized items), are not eligible for returns. If you have any inquiries or doubts about a specific item, please feel free to get in touch with us.
Please note that we are unable to process returns for gift cards.
Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some additional time.
